The Landmark Announces Recent Tenant Openings

DENVER-September 26, 2008—Village Shops at The Landmark is pleased to announce the recent openings of Hapa Sushi, Vino 100, Rising Roll and Comedy Works. In addition, Pizza Republica, Lime, The Wine Loft and Solace Confections will be opening in the next couple of months.

Village Shops at The Landmark is the retail component of The Landmark, a high density mixed use project which includes 178,398 square feet of retail space and 255 upscale condominium units. The project is located along Interstate 25 just south of Belleview in the heart of the Denver Tech Center. The retail component is anchored by a Landmark Theatre. Other notable tenants include HW Home, Ella Bleu, A-line, Players, Jing, Ted’s Montana Grill and Slattery’s Irish Pub, to name a few. Kelly Greene of DHLB states that the project is now 78% leased and that they are in active negotiations with several new and exciting retailers.
