Cornerstar Now Open

DENVER- November 17, 2008 —Alberta Development Partners celebrated the Grand Opening of Cornerstar, its newest Shopping Center development on October 11th and October 12th with great success. Both Sunflower Market and 24 Hour Fitness enjoyed their best Grand Opening in the company’s history. Sunflower market is on track to being the company’s best performing store in the country and 24 Hour Fitness has 5,000 plus members with new members joining every day.
Situated at the southwest quadrant of Arapahoe Road and Parker Road, Cornerstar is strategically located in the heart of Southeast Metro Denver at the most heavily trafficked intersection (over 160,000 cars per day) in the trade area.
